Creating an account means you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If any of it doesn't sit right, don't sign in — or email us to sort it out.

Your account

You're responsible for whatever happens under your Google login. Keep it secure. One person per account for now — team seats are on the roadmap.

Things not to do

• — Phish, scam, or impersonate anyone.
• — Collect sensitive data you aren't legally allowed to.
• — Host malware, CSAM, or harassment.
• — Scrape, reverse-engineer, or flood the API.
• — Resell coolform as your own product.

If we see any of the above we'll close the account. For the first three we'll also cooperate with law enforcement.

Your content stays yours

You own your forms and every submission you collect. You give us a narrow license to store, display, and process that content so the product actually works — nothing more. You're the data controller for responses you collect; we're your data processor. Comply with GDPR / CCPA where it applies.

Pricing

Free is free — no card, no trial countdown. When paid plans ship they'll be billed up front. If something breaks badly on our side, write in and we'll make it right.

Uptime & the "as is" bit

We aim for high uptime and keep backups, but we're a small operation. coolform is provided as is. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — export regularly if your business depends on a form. A formal SLA will ship with paid plans.

Leaving

Delete your account anytime by emailing us. Your forms and submissions get wiped within 30 days. If you close the account, any short URLs you published stop working — that's the only sharp edge.

Changes to these terms

We'll bump the version at the top when something material changes and email you about it. Small copy edits we just push.
